Domestic Abuse Policy As part of the Housing Scotland Act 2025, all RSL’s must have a Domestic Abuse Policy. This policy will be place from 1st April 2026.

Rent Increase 2026-2027 The Annual Rent Increase of 5.6% has been approved by our Board of Management.

Important Information - Bulk Uplift Service The Association acknowledges that some residents have expressed concerns regarding recent changes to the Bulk Uplift Service provided as part of the Common Cleaning Service.

Reactive Emergency Gas call outs We have been informed that there has been a higher level of Reactive Emergency Gas call outs over the past few weeks and would like to advise residents on the following procedures before you call City building.

Important Update on Bulk Uplift Service Knowes Housing Association has seen a significant increase in waste being placed in backcourts for uplift. The service we provide is free for residents who receive the Common Cleaning Service, but due to the large amount of waste (much of which is not bulk items), this service is becoming unsustainable. There is also the risk of vermin in the area when non bulk items are left in the backcourts.
