03 Feb Important Information - Bulk Uplift Service The Association acknowledges that some residents have expressed concerns regarding recent changes to the Bulk Uplift Service provided as part of the Common Cleaning Service.
02 Feb Bulk Uplifts We recently sent letters to all residents of Knowes Housing Association regarding bulk-uplifts and would like to highlight that we do not arrange uplifts. This service is only provided for residents who are part of the Close Cleaning Contract and only specific items will be uplifted, including sofas, mattresses, beds and white goods. Should you have any questions regarding this, please do contact us by emailing info@knowes.org
27 Jan Reactive Emergency Gas call outs We have been informed that there has been a higher level of Reactive Emergency Gas call outs over the past few weeks and would like to advise residents on the following procedures before you call City building.
26 Jan Important Update on Bulk Uplift Service Knowes Housing Association has seen a significant increase in waste being placed in backcourts for uplift. The service we provide is free for residents who receive the Common Cleaning Service, but due to the large amount of waste (much of which is not bulk items), this service is becoming unsustainable. There is also the risk of vermin in the area when non bulk items are left in the backcourts.
