Dog Fouling - Report to WDC To help deal with the issue of Dog fouling by irresponsible dog owners in our open plan spaces we would like to highlight that Dog Fouling can be reported on an online form at WDC which takes around 2 minutes to complete. The form is easily found on WDC website.

Managing Condensation in Our Common Closes As the seasons change and the outdoor temperature begins to drop, many of us will notice an increase in moisture and condensation building up within our shared closes and stairwells. To keep our shared spaces safe, dry, and welcoming for everyone, we kindly ask all residents to keep the following guidance in mind.

Office Closure - September Weekend 2026 The office will be closed from 4pm on Thursday the 24th of September and will re-open at 8:30am on Tuesday the 29th of September.

Community Support Officer Drop-In Afternoon - Thursday the 8th October 2026 We are delighted to let our tenants know that the next drop-in afternoon with our Community Support Officer, Fiona, will take place at our office on Thursday the 8th of October 2026 from 1:30-4pm.
