Scotland's Housing Network (SHN)
Knowes Housing Association is a proud member of Scotland’s Housing Network (SHN), a member‑led organisation that supports social housing providers across Scotland to improve services for tenants. Through our SHN membership, we take part in benchmarking and sharing good practice with other housing associations, helping us identify opportunities for improvement. This supports our commitment to delivering high‑quality, accountable and continuously improving services for our customers and communities.
Quality and Efficiency Forum
Knowes HA was previously part of the RSL Quality and Efficiency Forum (QEF). This is comprised of members drawn from the Registered Social Landlord sector in Scotland which met on a quarterly basis to carry out statistical, processes and best practice benchmarking. The group also discussed topic issues and invited speakers to present on key matters. The last report from the QEF is included here - QEF Report - Redacted
