Knowes Housing Association is committed to ensuring our tenants influence our decision making processes. We want our customers to be involved in shaping the services that they recieved so that we deliver services that meet their needs, and our performance continually improves.
We offer a range of ways for our customers to share their views, raise concerns and recieve feedback. These include calling our team, sending us a letter or email, or contacting us through our Facebook page. You can also visit our office, arrange a home visit, or attend tenant/staff meetings or events such as our Annual General Meeting (AGM).
