Please be advised that there is an important change to how emergency repairs are handled outside of normal office hours.
Effective from 02/11/2026, our out-of-hours emergency service provider will change from West Dunbartonshire Council to Property One.
Property One is a highly experienced, Glasgow-based building services company that specialises in rapid-response maintenance and emergency services for housing associations across Scotland.
What this means for you:
- The service remains the same: There will be no changes to the types of emergency repairs covered.
- New contact number: If you experience an emergency repair issue outside of regular office hours, you must now call the new dedicated contact number 0330 403 6231.
- Do not contact the Council: West Dunbartonshire Council will no longer handle out-of-hours emergencies on our behalf after this date.
