Application for a Dog Day Care Centre, Boarding Kennels and Associated Works at Cochno Road has been Refused

In February we advised that an application had been submitted for a Dog Day Care Centre, Boarding Kennels and Associated Works at Cochno Road and that Knowes HA submitted objections to this proposal based on environmental issues, waste, traffic and noise.  We have recently received an update that this application has been refused.
