Our Board
The role of the Board/Governing Body is to help provide the strategic direction and leadership skills necessary to create a successful organisation. Knowes HA’s Governing Body is made up of volunteers who have a broad range of skills and knowledge and play a key role in ensuring Knowes continued success. Meetings are held every month with the exception of January and July.
We have a leaflet and rule book which provide information on how you can become a member of our Board and the rules under which our Board operates.

As well as the full Board there are also three Sub Committees. These being:
- Operations Sub Committee
- Finance and Audit Sub Committee
- Employment Sub Committee
The Sub Committees have meetings on a quarterly basis with the members of the Board split between the Sub Committees.
