Important Information - Bulk Uplift Service

The Association acknowledges that some residents have expressed concerns regarding recent changes to the Bulk Uplift Service provided as part of the Common Cleaning Service. The bulk uplift element represents a relatively small proportion of the overall service and was introduced several years ago. However, due to rising operational costs and a shift in the nature and volume of items being presented for collection, the provision of this service has become increasingly expensive to maintain.

After careful consideration of the available options, it was determined that retaining the existing level of bulk uplift provision would require charges to increase excessively in order to cover the associated costs. In light of this, and to avoid imposing a significant financial burden on residents, the Association concluded that going back to what the service was originally intended for was the most appropriate course of action.

We trust that residents will understand the rationale behind these changes, and we appreciate your cooperation and support as the adjustments are implemented.
