Housing Management

Welcome to the Housing Management page of our website. Here you can find out information on applying for a house, paying your rent, our housing policies and other useful housing documents.

The team are responsible for allocating all empty properties & lock-up garages and all allocation type issues e.g. Succession to Tenancy, Mutual Exchanges etc.  They are also responsible for most housing service functions with the exception of repairs. The services delivered consist of Rent Management, Estate Management, Anti Social Behaviour and giving general practical advice to all residents in relation to housing type scenarios.
