Cafe Knowes

Café Knowes is a community based healthy living café located in the Skypoint Centre in Faifley. Knowes HA has been managing the Café since 1^st March 2004 as part of its wider role responsibilities in the community.

 What the Cafe does: -

• We provide healthy meals to support and promote healthy living in the community.
• We run cookery classes on healthy meals to local groups, including young mums and local school children. 
• We work with local support agencies to provide support for young, elderly and vulnerable people in the community.
• We give work experience to around 6 volunteers some with physical and learning difficulties on a weekly basis.
• We offer catering buffets for local events.
• We offer an Internet facility free of charge to café users and also free WI-FI connection.
• We provide a fruit delivery service to all the primary schools in West Dunbartonshire.
• We employ four local people:-
