established in 1998 when 1115 properties were transferred from Scottish Homes after a successful ballot of tenants.
We are managed by a Committee made up of local people who give their time on a voluntary basis. The Mission of the Association is:

“providing good quality affordable housing which meets the
needs of the community we serve, ensure resident control of
current and future housing and contribute to the continued
improvement of the local community and environment”.

And our Vision is:

 “to be a highly regarded, innovative and responsive housing agency playing a lead role in the regeneration of Faifley and Duntocher”.

Membership of the Association is open to all residents who can become a member by purchasing a £1 share. Members are eligible for election to the Management Committee, the body that governs the Association. More about this can be found on the “getting involved page”

The Association aims to be involved in non housing activities in the areas it serves through wider role activities, are intended to benefit the people living in our area in a variety of ways.

The Association is a registered Charity and is a member of The Scottish Federation of Housing Associations and Employers in Voluntary Housing.
